Practice how to cook with locally grown ingredients to support your health, a farmer and the area’s natural landscape!

You’ll take home 3 meal recipes and lots of great tips for incorporating local veggies and proteins into your diet. The class will be taught by chef Monique Milleson, of Anthill Farm and The Cooperage’s Market Cafe. We’ll start with a snack and you are welcome to BYOB. Water and seltzer will be provided. Then we will work together to make a meal, and bon appetit at the end of class! One lucky participant will go home with a beautiful basket of bounty provided by the vendors of the Main Street and Wayne County Farmers Markets. $40 per person at the door or in advance.
