Have Knife’s take on classic Italian. BYOB! Join Erik & Megan as they bring classic Italian to Hop Barons Kitchen on April 18th!

Erik & Megan (that’s us!) met working in the restaurant industry in New York City. We solidified our bond over perfect medium rare scallops and bourbons at 2am in the tiny Brooklyn apartment where we’d host our first dinner parties together. We later moved to the stunning Western Catskills to help create the exciting hospitality scene emerging here. And now we want to bring some of that magic to you.
